I can’t help but notice how this tragedy happened in New York where citizens are actively discouraged from carrying and owning guns.
You’d be surprised how often bad guys will use air pistols and pass them off as firearms.
Make a trip to your local Dick’s Sporting Goods and familiarize yourself with what the currently sold air pistols look like
Visualize those air pistols painted black
Be very aware when in a parking lot
Minimize and consolidate the number of bags you and your children are carrying while in a parking lot, it reduces distractions
Do not allow yourself and your loved ones to be moved to a secondary location, nothing good comes from it
